coolant flush/replacement?

well, you can see about 5 spots down i posted about a stock sender vs. an autometer sender, well when i took the stock sender out, alot of coolant came out. i put a bucket under it, and when i pulled it out, i was amazed at how incredibly nasty it was. at first i was just going to top it off, and be on my way, but it was a brownish/greenyish color that was definately cloudy. so i figured while i was at it, i would drain the radiator, flush it all out, and replace it. now the car runs much cooler.

im just wondering how many people normally flush their coolant. i hear its good to do every 2 years/50k miles. ive had the car for about 2 years now, and have never done it, so who knows how bad it was.

I flush my entire cooling system annually ... radiator is always clean, coolant is always green, and car always runs cool
