igniters? maybe but i did grap that coil wire (while running) and WOW it was loose so it started getting a little better but what the hell is that igniter thing. im gonna go look it up so c ya. OHH AND THANKS!

Bad engine would be the next thought after ignition....I hope it isnt, but if your coil is zapping you then its getting a trigger from the ignitor. Pull the plugs and turn it over listen for the swooshes. Good luck.

The ignitors are the little black boxes on the side of the disributor. Basically the take the signal from the pick up inside the distributor and send it to the coil so it will discharge at the right time. That is really simply put

Could just be fouled plugs. That was the cause of my only time running on one rotor.

possibly shutter valve,, try to lub pot just below and to rear of carb.

Because it blocks only one runner on one rotor. My question is how could an ignitor cause only one rotor to work?
