Cold weather running

1982 RX-7 102K
In cold weather with the choke pulled out the care will stall at a stop light until warmed up, also I don't get a voltage to the choke coil. If I let the car ilde with the choke out until it's warmed up it runs good. It also bucks when the choke is out. This last for about 2 miles. Then everything is OK.
Thank You.

on the choke cable there is a 10mm adjustment nut on the end of the choke cable where it attaches to the carb. try adjusting that to raise the rpm's alittle. its free to try and it might fix your problem!
