coilovers or springs

i have an 83 rx7 and im not sure which one to get coil overs or springs. its a sunday driver .also where can i find either for the fb rx7 store has only fc and up .anyone have any suggestions,please let me know or any links.

I would get coilovers. They are adjustable - can corner balance your car.
