Coilover Options
I installed the GC setup before I found ReSpeed. I have had no issue with GC - good product & price BUT I have received outstanding customer service from ReSpeed which, IMHO, is well worth the extra $. Also, Respeed is focused on the rotary Mazda cars which I think would make the overall knowledge of their products greater.
The customer service and quality of components is what sets Respeed apart. Sam (dj55b, the owner) is a longstanding member of this forum, as Billy Waits (previous owner) was before him. He's on here, listening to our requests, he knows the members of this forum, he races with us, he's even slept on my couch.
Ground Control was an original pioneer of RX7 performance parts. They made very nice stuff. But the RX7 focus has been removed for some time, as they put their efforts into other platforms. I have never seen the owner take part of this community, at least not in the last couple of decades.
Respeed is making the stuff we want, and they bend over backwards for us. That, in my opinion, makes it worthwhile to support them. The fact that their prices are usually more freindly than their competitors simple makes the decision that much easier...

I'm not going to compare both kits that are available, nor give any ups and down on the neither kits, because everyone will just think that I'm a bit biased and I don't blame them.
But to the original poster, I'm willing to offer you 10% off our front coil over kits if you wish to go that route since money seems to be a big concern to you
You can either PM me here or shoot me an email through the website link and I'll gladly tell you how to receive it.
Consider it an igloo discount
.... since all the US guys still think we live in them

Ive always ran ground control stuff in my bmw's and it really is top notch stuff but when it comes time to re do the suspension on my FB im going with RE just for the simple fact there isnt a lot of companies that support the FB chassis so as others have said they should be supported back
