I seem to be going through a lot of clutch fluid but it's not leaking any where. where is it going? the car sat around for about 10 years and i have been driving it for about ayear and a half.

***I seem to be going through a lot of clutch fluid but it's not leaking any where.***

If your putting fluid in it's comming leaking out someplace. You just have not found where it's leaking. You have a clutch master cylinder, you have a clutch slave cylinder & you have a hose/metal tube that connects the two cylinders. One of the three items is leaking........

If you can view that the hose/tube & hose/tube ends are not leaking that's good because one of three potential leak items is eliminated.

By disconnecting two bolts the slave cylinder will be free so that you can open the protective boot & see if the slave cylinder is leaking through it's piston seal. Don't disconnect the hose.

The third item that could be leaking is the master cylinder piston seal. this fluid will leak either down the engine side of the firewall or leak down the firewall inside the car. You should be able to remove the mounting bolts & move the master cylinder away from the firewall enough to see if it's leaking. Don't disconnect the tube.

Check under your dash where the clutch rod goes into the master cylinder. The master could be leaking out the back and the fluid could be running down between the firewall and your carpet.
