Clutch won't disengage (searched)

So I put a junkyard engine in my FB (you can see my other thread for the info on that...), and here is the issue: The clutch won't disengage.

I didn't remove any of my clutch hydraulic lines. When the pedal is depressed completely, the slave cylinder actuates the clutch fork. I am using the same trans/TO bearing that was on my old engine. What could be causing this? What could be causing this? Could the clutch plate be seized to both the PP and flywheel?

I have two spare clutches, so putting a different one in is as simple as pulling the tranny, which *may* happen this weekend, if all goes well with the carb tuning.

Thanks

-Jim

it being a junkyard engine it's possible the disc is stuck to the flywheel, or pressure plate. common practice, or at least for me, is to remove the clutch from a used engine for if nothing else just to see if it's still useable. so if it was stuck, u'd found out then and saved urself having to tear it apart again.

Ya, I thought about pulling the clutch. Should have. Oh well, lesson learned.
