clutch slave

can a 1986-1992 non-turbo clutch slave cylinder be used on a 1985 rx-7 gsl-se ?

i don't have the factory workshop manual for the 1986-1992 so i can't find out the inner diameter.

maybe i could just interchange the internals ?

i have searched and can't find the info i need.

I don't know the answer, but I do know the slave can be bought for $26.99 from Autozone. Just FYI.

The bore diameter, according to Autozone, is 0.75" or M10x1.0 for both so I am guessing they will. Anyone wanna back me up? Or call me crazy?

I had to replace my slave and it was either autozone or rock auto parts that gave me a slave cylinder that didn't fit my rx7. just as a heads up
