clutch question

I just got a TII engine from Japan that I am (attempting) to rebuild and found the clutch is made by Exedy. Is this a stock clutch? I want to know because I was going to upgrade but only if it actually is a stock clutch.

What I'm seeing here is an oem stock replacement clutch kit. As I write this my flywheel is out being resurfaced, I chose a stock clutch kit from exedy to replace the clutch in my 85 gsl-se and it looks exactly like the one in the picture

Looks Stock Replacement to me.
Except that is the Wrong Pilot Bearing= Way to Big.
TrowOut Bearing looks about right but thats hard to judge since most throwout bearings are about the same size unless your running some monster V8 setup.

Dan is right. I didn't know that about the 7s, but on the Miatas Exedy makes the standard OEM clutch, and the Miata crowd routinely buys the Exedy brand clutch for about 100 bucks or so less than the Mazda brand, even though it's the exact same thing.

*edit* Holy run-on sentence, Batman!
