Clutch Problem

The clutch that I just installed doesn't seem to be working correctly. Not sure why though.

Here is a bit of background:

I am working on finishing up an Auto to Manual conversion. I am using a 2nd gen N/A transmission, a unknown vender Lightweight flywheel and the stock 2nd gen N/A clutch/pressure plate. The Stock clutch slave push rod did not push the lever far enough to press on the pressure plate.
See thread:

I made a new push rod and it engaged. It doesn't seem to be unengaging the clutch though. I REALLY don't want to pull that transmission back out. Any other ideas on what it might be?

Just for fun, a few pictures

Thanks for any help guys.

have you tried adjusting the clutch pedal's push rod? usually, that will fix the engagement issue.

Could be that the pressure plate fingers are being pushed in too far. What happens if you depress the cluth pedal part way - does it return then? Also, is a return spring required?

I forget to ask if you shimmed the pressure plate.

I did not shim the pressure plate. I was under the influance that I would not have to. The Clutch push rod is adjusted to push as much as possible.

I tried to push it in part way, Didn't seem to be the issue. I have the afternoon off, so I will try to diagnose it further. Hopefully there is still air in the clutch line and that is the issue. . . . . . I hope to god I don't have to drop it again.
