By "stuck" what do you mean?
Can you turn the fan by hand without the belt moving?
When you spin it by hand does it feel like you're turning it thru a bowl of oatmeal? If so, your fan clutch is probably fine. Does the temp guage climb when you're at idle for a time? If so, your fan clutch is not working correctly.

A new fan clutch from the auto-supply house can run you from $140 to $200, depending... When mine went bad I took a good one off a 2nd gen, drilled the mounting holes out to fit, and bolted it on. It's really quite a bit larger than the original, but functions really great. Makes a great "Whooshing" sound when revving up...Sounds like a big Turbo, or Supercharger...

I got a spare that works fine, if you want it, just throw some money at me for shipping.
