clutch engaging funny! help!

lately my clutch has been engaging extremely close to the floor unless i pump it. I've bled it 3 times. Each time I'm getting a little bit of air, but it doesnt look like I'm losing any fluid. Is that even possible??

Sure is if the internal seals are failing. Another place to look for a leak is pull back the carpert under the pedals. If there's brake fluid, replace both the master and slave, and the clutch hose. Often when only the master or slave is replaced, the other will soon fail.

Thanks for the input guys. I did replace the master cylinder not too long ago so it does make sense.

Sometimes when you replace a master the system sustains enough hydraulic pressure to over-stress the slave seals and they go bad.

I've had the same problem after replacing all 3 parts due to insufficient bleeding. It's HARD to bleed the clutch hydraulics adequately. Many guys devise a Power Bleeder (or even buy one, heaven forfend, considering how cheap all us 7 owners are!), using everything from a weed sprayer pump to a bicycle innertube.
