Thanks, I didn't want to be the one to say it.
While we are on the subject: My slave cylinder went otu so I rebuilt it,it still felt like it had air in the lines so i replaced it, it STILL feels like air in the lines. I'ts not consistant. Sometimes it feels tight other times I ahve to pump it up. I had someone pump the pedal while I worked the bledder(I put a line in fuid and had him pump till there were no more bubbles coming out of the line) He said the pedal felt good. Soud I have had the car running? Extra note:I have the same problem with the brakes! I've done a million brake jobs but this thing has me kinda baffeled.

Did you bleed the unit out of the car?? If not, you will never get all the air out of the system. A bench bleed of the unit is mandatory for any master cylinder, brake or clutch, if it is a hydraulic unit...
