Question Clean wires in engine bay ...

As most of you have read in my previous posts , I am restoring an 81 gs. I am un sure weither i am going to keep it stock , but i do know that the car will not be a daily driver. that being said ... i am not going to put the air back in. how can i clean up the wiring harness ? i mean the big mess of wires that goes along the frame rail on the drivers side.... i want to go at a 'minimalist' aoproatch to the engine bay .
any sugjestions or pictures of the work you have done would be greatly apritiated !

Heres a couple pictures of the wiring from my car...

Basically I have chopped out the engine bay harness since I have done the TII swap and am going with a standalone. Probally extreme for your car, but relocating the battery and fuseboxs inside of the car cleans up alot of room. It's alot of work but the finished product, a completely simplified electrical system should be worth it.

Ya, by no means is it a easy fast job to do. It's going to take ALOT of time, for a show car engine bay it's required...

I really think that if you keep the harness inside the car and have all the components still hooked up on it, it might be easier to do like that. Thats how I did mine. My reasoning is that you won't have to go back and forth trying to measure lengths and stuff, and will be a little easier to look at. Search up my name and you'll be able to find my post with all the electrical removal thread

Holy $#!^ Dan. Is that in my car, too? If so, I think I'm gonna leave it there, cause it looks a helluva lot better in the car than hanging out on the fender. I'm gonna check out that thread now.

I still don't know why it did that! If we could have gotten it all working properly the first time that would have been awesome

Does anyone have pictures of the harness with all connections? I'm in the middle of rewiring my SA but forgot where everything goes. I've only been able to get a couple plugs together and thats it. Help?
