Definately #2. #1 is ok, but for some reason #3 is just... wrong. I don't know what mazda was smokin when they painted the 787B, but those colours just do not look good together, especially on that car. Its a nice car, but just all the wrong colours.

BTW, I like the way you think. I love porsches also. They are a lot like an RX-7. Different styling, awsome sounding engines with the right exhaust, and just plain unbeatable.

I dunno...if that's your rexxie in your avatar, I really can't see any of these paint schemes working on your car...but the lesser of three evils would be #2, which I voted for...

I have an 83 GS with a GSL LSD, disks, a bucket load of power mods, suspension mods, on a diet, and waiting for her wide body kit, It is going to be a race car for the street...porsche RS style, which is why a bit of crazy paint would work well, ala the 964 RSR and the 2.7RS. (both at which had crazy paint)

the second pic would have the best color combo in my opinion. silver is a classic look and the blue and red goes well with that. as for the avatar, just use paint shop pro 8 and size the pic down and use it. should work fine.

Always been partial to the Gulf Porsche colors. Silver, like black and white, is not a color.

I must admit that I am partial to the gulf colors, I dont know why but they are kinda funky, and you would probaly admit that it would be cool and memorable to see a blue and orange wide body rex driving down the street. Im a little disapointed that #1 hasn't had more positive responce...
