Sounds like detonation to me also (marbles in a can) check everything closely something is def wrong in there. where are you located? maybe someone here is close and can take a peek its prob something simple and after looking at it for a while fresh set of eyes can sometimes say here it is/prob solved.
can you take a few pics under the hood at the ignition wires/coil wires? maybe someone could see something.

I checked all the spark plug wire and everything is correctly placed. I am now in the process of pulling my carb out and rechexking all of the passage ways and valves

I recently replaced the fuel pump with a holley red with fpr. The noise still happens although it seems to come on under even harder acceleration/load I am located in Redmond,wa if anyone what's to check out my car it would be much appreciated

Update: so it was pre detonation. I had to realign the teeth on my distributor Ann's the car runs like a clock.
