ok i have found a few methods. there is the light bulb method, but no one verified how effective it is. i read about something to do with a speaker but it didnt say how to do it. can someone explain how the igniters work?

If the lightbulb method is from the Haynes Manual, then it is the right test. It's how I've tested ignitors and it works fine.
