Charming - now I broke my door lock
Somehow I managed to disconnect the lock cylinder to the door linkage. Has anyone seen this before? I know it sounds dumb, it's just that I have no daylight time to work on these things and we're not allowed to work on cars in the lot. I pushed down on the linkage through the door trim to release the lock and now the lock cylinder won't unlock the door. Any ideas? They key turns both ways, but won't lock or unlock the door.

It easy to reconnect the linkage. There are green and yellow plastric peices at the ends of the linkage with a hole in the middle and a latch (sort of thing) on the end that locks it to the wire.
All you have to do is put the linkage (aka wire) back throw the hole of the plastic connector and then rotate the connector to lock onto the linkage.
BTW: you need to take the door panel off to do this and use a flashlight
I wish I had a digital camera as I could show ya.
