Caught up in the Rats Nest Removal

A few years ago I removed the rats nest and things were going great. However, in my county we have emissions. I know what you're thinking, your car in a 1980, its beyond the 25 year mark. Makes no difference, once your car is black listed (checked and entered as not having air pump, cataylitic & EGR systems, and modules connected), any inspector looking to keep his job will not give you a sticker. This is because of the 1968 agreement the manufacturers signed with congress that all cars from then on, must have their original equipment.

For you daily drivers I heed caution on doing this. Others can get away with it using Antique plates, like I do now.

lol, i covered my *** years ago just in case...plus it was more financially reasonable, to have all my rx-7's registered as "collectors". where im located they dont inspect the car to validate its canadacy for such plates...they just take your word, as long as the car isnt driven in january, im good
