Talking Carb stuff...did the search...

I have been pm'ing Sterling about a carb rebuild he has helped me out but i nee help now. Just posting the last pm i just sent him mabey some other members could help. Thanks everyone.

So im in it didn't see you on right now but, a few questions have arose. Check ball and weights, didn't see them when i tore it down where should they have been. How do i clean the air bleeds there brass right( i mean what do i use). HOW THE HELL DO I POST PICS!!!!!!would likke to show the progress and you could also check my work to see if i missed anything. Thanks for all you help again. Are the data sheets in on what i sent you J/K. Going to eat now need the break. It's 344pm chicago time Ill check back in about a hour. Thanks man.

One of the checkballs is behind the accelerator pump in the hole. I had to turn my carb on its side before it came out and then I almost lost it. I sprayed everything down with carb cleaner. I used quite a few cans as I was having quite a few problems with my carb. Lots of gunk built up in there. There should be checkballs included with your rebuild kit in case you are missing yours.

As far as posting pics, go to bottom underneath the reply box and click go advanced. Then click on manage attachments and upload your less than 100K file. I think max per post is 5 files.

One is where Ian said On the top of the body there is a slotted brass plug you remove to get them out), the other weight and ball is under the AP squirter nozzle (the thing in the center of the 4 barrels).
