Carb guys, who’s a guru?

Guys I have a 79 with a rebuilt nikkki carb (not a 79 carb I think). Finishing up restore, carb was rebuilt by someone.
Thing floods constantly. I’ve adjusted floats per spec, cleaned everything.
Seats are original as are needles. Is anyone still around I can maybe send it to that can check, fix, and actually test it?
Oh and air vent solenoid is working. 3 psi fuel going to carb.

No cracks in floats, haven’t put them in water to see, worth a try.

Update. Carb no longer floods.
Anyone runs into this, check to see if fuel return line clogged.
Yep.
