Carb guys, have a question about 2 edelbrock thunders

After doing some reading this weekend, I'm pretty much sold on a edelbrock thunder series 500 cfm carb. I was wondering if anybody knew the difference between these two carbs in the link below. One is $25 cheaper and is designed for small CID engines. Could anybody enlighten me on what this means? Does it just have smaller jets installed from factory?
Thanks!
Justin

In case the link doesn't work, they are EDL-1804 and EDL-1802

True... but that didn't answer my question. They are both 500 cfm carbs, but one is "designed" for smaller engines
