Carb float setting question

Ok, this may sound like common sense but I'm having trouble. If my carb bowls are consistently overfilled, which way do I need to adjust the floats? Or could too high of fuel pressure cause this? I spent a long time trying to get the float settings to factory spec. Plz help me.

Most likely your needle and seats are sticking. That means a carb rebuild. Why do you think you have high fuel pressure? If you upgraded the fuel pump, I recommend installing a pressure regulator as the stock nikki only takes about 2.5-3.5 psi to run correctly.
