Remove the choke assembly, convert the secondaries to mechanical, machine the throttle butterflies and shaft, open up the venturies, grind out the airhorn, port the intake manifold and re-jet to suit.

When I had the Nikki I had no need for the choke so I took it off along with all the other mods mentioned in my first post. Worked really well but it's long gone now though.
