Car won't start, frozen fuel line?

I have an '81 GSL and before it went below zero I could start it, but then when it really got cold...well, it still turns over but i checked the carb and there seems to be no fuel going into it. I put a brand new fuel pump in a few months ago. so i'm gussing its a frozen line. The car is in my garage, currently being restored so, it hasn't seen outside for 7 months. Any hunchs? Please help!!!

try some gasline antifreeze, but if the fuel pump is new the only other thing it could be is a clogged fuel line/filter
