car wont start?

car wont start?

ok, the battery is new and charged, and the car wont start, wont turn over. it just clicks, i tried with the clutch in and out, just wont turn at all. anyone had problems like this? what could it be?

You said it doesn't even turn over? That would be a starter problem. Possibly loose connection... Someone should know for sure

i was thinking starter problem, but it almost sounds like it hits in, just doesnt turn anything.

I had a similar problem, The connections weren't on very well/corrosion so it was getting enough power to acutally turn the starter. replaced all the power wires and now its great.

hey man just take out the starter and have it tested for free at your nearest parts store. that is of course after you test the conections and make sure you have battery power and no fuses or anything obviously makin it not start. i always check the easy stuff first
