Greetings, Looking for a little help/info

I`am putting togather a car show in FL. being new to this type of event going to ask for help to make sure I'm heading in the right direction.

Have found a place that can handle 125 booths (8' x 10') indoor. or have the cars outside under tents or in open field. and leave inside for vendors. Place is called the War Memorial in Fort Lauderdale, huge park all around building. I just need to get a better insurance deal before I can sign on dotted line.

1) In car shows for RX7`s are 1st .. 2nd .. 3rd place awards given out for each generation of car. or 1st - 2nd - 3rd place given out only. just looking for the norm.

2) How many judges should the events have so all feel it to be fair event.

3) Do you think having Rotors chromed and engraved would be cool as trophies?

I know nothing about car shows that youre trying to set up, sounds like a big *** task, but I personally think this would be pretty fricking cool. Maybe even get an E shaft in there somewhere too for the first place guy? Rotor inside a housing? Build something big and heavy, lol.

EDIT: Maybe have different pieces for the different places! Heck, make the first place trophy a complete engine!

is HUGE for a 1st timer to put together. maybe start off a little smaller til you figure it out. Will it be Rotory only? small market dont you think? maybe a tuner show with a rotory class.
