Question car boggs down

my 84 gs boggs down bad when i shift from first to second, and sometimes into third. i have a new fuel filter and intake. it only happens at high rpm. any ideas?

sorry bout that

My friend is a buthole... he used my username to write a stupid response.... he has a third gen but he doesn't deserve it. lol

I really need help with this, my car bogs so bad that a 4cyl chevy S-10 can beat me.

Sounds like you aren't getting enough fuel. Check your fuel pump.

Yep check your fuel pressure should be between 3 - 3.5 psi. I had the same problem and buoght a holly red fuel pump and regulator, and al those problems went away.
