I know this isn't the for sale section, but I need to sell it. It failed emissions again, and I can't keep putting money into my car like this. It has a new ACV and a new cat. no one seems to be able to tell me what is wrong. The lack of rotorheads in the area is the real problem.

It runs strong, although it seems a little slow. The local dealership says it is a good engine (12A). Body is in good shape, too.

You live in Cleveland man, come on.. don't you understand the rules? Here's the e-check rules:

1st try - Pay the fee, fail, they say "take it again later"
2nd try - No fee - fail it and they say "Bring back $300 in receipts proving you worked on the emissions between now and the next time you come back"
3rd try - Pay the fee, fail it and they say "Oh well, you tried, you're free to go" And you're off the hook.
