1st gen RX-7s are restricted in rim selection due to their wierd bolt pattern (4 x 110mm) The bolt pattern of a GSL-SE offers a wider selection)

try diamond racing wheels. They make lightwight steel 15 and 14" sizes with any backspacing and your lug pattern. Also try basset, but I think you'll need hub adapters for those.

The steel wheels cost $50-95 dollars each, panasports are sweet as hell but pricey. If your cheap like me, and dont get bothered about 2 more pounds per wheel, get the racing steelies!! I love mine, actually lighter than my dad's old Vette aluminum wheels of the same size.
haha, me so cheap

the bolt pattern is not wired at all, any wheel shop (there are a lot round here) will drill the holes for practically free. It is the offset that is wierd, most aftermarket low-profile wheels i've run into have a 50-70 offset. From what i've gathered the rex can not do more then 45.

Whoa, that 1stop place has like 100 rims for an 83 rx-7, that is CRAZY, someone who is serious about buying should contact them and find out if they truly can get ANY of those rims for a 1st gen....

I don't know if they just list them for the 83 but don't actually have them for 4x110 bolt pattern.

I don't see any info on bolt patterns.

Just called them and they said they can get any wheel in almost any offset with a 4x110 bolt pattern.

Sweet.

I talked to Hovo at extension 11.

Your welcome !! My wheels were $ 97.00 dollors each
and yes they carry all those wheels. They get the wheels with no holes (blanks) then mill them per customer's order.
