Can I raise my idle on a streetport 13B?

Can I raise my idle on a streetport 13B?
I've got a liteweight flywheel, mild intake porting (duh), pretty heavy exhaust porting, and 5th and 6th sleaves are gone. It lopes real nice, but it idles very low.

carbed or FI? I raise and lower the idle on my carbed 13B street port all the time with the weather changes and all. But otherwise i see no reason why you shouldn't.
