I don't want an oem auto.i know their are alot more performance parts for the c4 and it's cheaper.I was hoping to do a 5-6k stall and a tranny brake.I already have the 13b spd with a bronze clutch and scatter shield, though.I just have to hang the pedal and slave cylinder.i was hoping for a auto for no missed shifts and faster shifting in the 1/4.Thanks

yes you can here is how the setup looks
a t5 tranny, adapter plate, bolts to the turbo 2 tranny or a rx3, or rx4 bellhousing.. you use a clutch disk with t5 splines and a mazda pressure plate, t/o brg..
i sell alot of these setups with excellent results

thats if you want to keep a stick
i have also adapted a c4 tranny to fit in the 7,... i use a mazda automatic bellhousing from 86-87-88 model, weld up the holes , and re-machine them to fit the c4 tranny... the torque converter is a custom unit that bolts up to the mazda flex plate with a custom pilot that fits into the back of the mazda crank.....
ill take some pics and post them up...
remember the auto robs power from the motor soooo the 4 speed would be better if your makin less than 500 hp
