BWaits
anybody know what happened with BWaits? (MRC Manufacturing ????) I bought a big brake kit from him years ago, for both front and back of my 1st gen. I am currently getting ready to rebuild my 1st gen and need to get a new set of adapters for the rear big brake kit.
several of the parts are so rusted as to be useless from salt air exposure here in japan and I would like to touch bases with him to see if he has any of the old parts lying about, or what not.
his website is listed as parked up for sale.

Billie moved to Florida about a year ago, I think he's making his mark in the aeronautics industry.
He sold ReSpeed to a guy in Canada several years ago, who quickly ran the company into the ground.
Hopefully some of his excellent custom parts are still floating around in the rotary universe, maybe you'll get lucky.

keep my address handy then
BTW I have another kit that you might be interested in. I use BWaits on the back with the FC rotors and I use a Japanese kit on the front that uses Nissan 4 pots (300Z, S13, S14, S15 silvia and GTST R32 skylines) that is actually for the FC front end. since I did the front crossmember swap, I use FC parts. this kit allows me to have 314mm R-34 vented rotors on the front while using 300Z pads with the kit the rotors and calipers bolt right up, all you need after that is a proportioning valve to adjust bias. makes for a killer, and cheap big brake system that really works well if you have the tires for it. I do time attack so most of the time I am running soft compound tires even on the street.... I do not dare brake check anybody in the 1st gen... they would end up in the passenger seat.
