Buying decision

I have the opertunity to buy a 1985 RX-7 for a grand I already own an 87 sport but I also want an FB the car runs well I alreay test drove it and took it on the high way and ran at 80MPH slow I know but the car has crap tires so I didn't want to risk it it has 110,000 +- 250miles on it. but its been crashed befor and repaired but it wasnt a first rate job so the bumper is a little loose and the fenders have some work needed on them. Oh and its been painted about five times by the second owner. What do you all think?
