Bushings, need opinions

So the buildup is going....need some opinions on these items

RB sway bar links, these are the shorter ones so I'm assuming they're for the front? Am I ok running these or should I get new ones? Energy suspension has end links in varying lengths so should I get new ones that are the same size as the RB end links or just the stock ones they have listed?

Front frame bushing. Hard to see but there are cracks all around. Replace?

So the stupid control arm bolts don't want to come out. I'm about to use the reciprocating saw on them but do I need any of the old shells? Energy suspension pieces picture here, is this all I need? Thanks for the help, I'll update my buildup later on.

I suggest replacing everything, those endlinks look bent, and the bushings are in pretty rough shape, mazdatrix has everything you'll need. If you want your car to handle, you want everything in tiptop shape. Unfortunatly I can't help you with the control arm question. I personally plan on just replacing the whole thing sometime down the road.

If the sway bar bolts, nuts, etc are still good, you can pickup replacement ones at the parts store and use only the new poly bushings. I have found replacement links at the parts store that were the right length.

For the LCA bushings, all you will need is a new bolt of the same grade as the oem one you cut out. Cutting out the bolt is my last choice. Lot's of P B Blaster, soaking time and heat will usually loosen the rust bond between the bolt and sleeve. I have even used one of those 20 buck Campbell Hausfeld air chisels to loosen the tough ones. Thread the nut back on the bolt until it's flush with the end of it and use the pointed bit with the chisel.
