bridge port engine

ok so this dude that rebuilds rotarys in kansas said he has a bridge port engine for sale for $2500 do you guys think it's a good deal? He has the 650cfm holley carb and intake and RB header.

Depends on how many miles and what you plan to do with it. I Don't like bridges on the street but thats just me. They like 4,000 rpm's plus wot

If you have a good rebuildabe core, I can build you a fresh engine for that price. Why do you want a bp anyway?

Need more info on the engine, who rebuilt it, what seals, what shape were the housing in when rebuilt, full or 1/2 bridge, and pics of the internals and porting?? All very important info before shelling out that kinda dough. For the right combo it "could" be a great deal. BYW, I love my bridgeport!

If he is a reputable builder, and the intake, carb and header is included and you can see it running, it sounds like a good deal.
