break bolts on igntion

Where can u get the break bolts for the top part of the key ignition?

If you mean the security bolts, with the heads still on them, probably the dealer.

I have never seen them with the head still on them. how about some pics once you find them?

Also what are you trying to do?

you can always use some fatter screws with the same thread pitch. go to your local hardware store with the old "bolt" once you get it out. to get them off, i usually tap them counter clockwise with a hammer and a screwdriver or grab the head and turn with needlenose vise grips. both ways work so you can avoid breaking the head off.
