Is that the front end off of classic garage?
Is there a rear piece on there?
I wish my car was black, very nice, loks good without molding.

Actually, the airdam is an 81-85 model modified to fit the '79. Everyone always asks what it is. No, I don't have the rear skirt for it, unfortunately, but I'm keeping an eye open for a cheap one. The molding was gone when I got the car, so I left it that way, but the car was originally the Mazda MF blue, "Tender Metalic Blue" I think it's called. I like it black, it matches the interior. I've gotta get the rest of the body work done, then it's getting a brand new coat of black.

Are the springs on it new? My '83 rides so fricken low....it could have something to do with the fact it still has the original springs.

Yeah, the springs are new, but just the oem ones. I would actually like my car to sit a bit lower, I think it's showing a bit too much wheel well at the top, but I guess once i get new rims and tires, it'll fill up a little better.

Yup, I'm pretty sure it's the kamei. I don't think it looks too bad, I just need to get it fiberglassed up on the back side, and there's one corner missing on the driver's side, which I should probably fix too... and another one to the list of things to do...

it's got a few scratches here and there, I'll admit, but the paint is actually that shiny. It'll be even better when I paint it about a month or so. Even at noon it looks that good... I'll take some tomorrow perhaps, while the mid-day sun is still out if you're that curious...

I think most of our cars are really low. Escpecially all us guys rollin on original springs. I want new springs but all of the guys who have done it say that "lowering" springs actually raise the car cause it's sagging that much. you can't be Knight Ryder, I'm the one with the black 82 Trans Am, I'm am Knight Ryder

Hehehe.... I was beginning to wonder, 'csue I realized the darker ones were at the top, and the good, shiny, bright ones were at the bottom. But I do agree, I do need to take some in the afternoon to get the full potential of the wax .

Looking good man. No RAGS!!! Never closer to the engine than buffing the paint on the OUTSIDE hood. Good to see it's alive.

Looking good man. And he's got those rare rims! Keep up the good work. Any interior shots? (or should I not ask?)

Hope mine looks that good when I'm finished.

The interior is under construction Actually, I've got a few... check them out below. The hatch area carpet is shot, and so are the seats, but I hope to fix both of those with some TII seats, and some carpet from a car at the wrecker...

You can see my added rice too And the painted center console And my ripped driver's seat and missing hatch carpet Oh, the sub is going to be built into a custom hatch deck... I think I might start that tonight.....

The end....
