Here is a link to a pic of a genuine savanna in the UK, the guy imported it into the uk from japan so its real, and if you look at his different gallories you can see that they are still badged mazda on the front and savanna rx7 on the side:

I've always liked the Aussie front turn lenes...so i made my own. is it just me,,,aren't Aussie-spec 7's right hand drive. The clear part if the lenes could be made to be daytime running lights. Badges-smadges. Lol

Oh i didnt realize that, i guess im just not too observant. Any ways i would still like to know where he got the badges?

Someone asked why you would want a real savanna aside from the fact that they are a novelty and collectable for the RHD. Suposedly they are lighter because i dont think they had to meet as stringent crash standards as the US models, so the door bars and alike are smaller etc. If you look up the specs the real savannas are like 100-200 lbs lighter. Yes you could just take a US rx7 and cut the same **** out and be just as light.

I got the badge on the front from a local Aussie car parts store called Rare spares. Funnily enough it dealt mainly with American muscle cars imported to the land down under. The RE12 badge i got from a place in Queensland, not sure of the name and the Savanna badge was from Mazford wreckers. Also Japperfomance carries rare badges.
