brakes pull...sometimes wtf!!
New brakes do NOT glaze like they used to? WHY do new cars come with them? LOOKS.
The new 'Vette is NOT geared toward performance, it has that crap for LOOKS.
I have NEVER noticed a difference between slotted and regular (and crossdrilling is just foolish), and I DO race my car! All it offers is waste collection space, and the tinyest bit of venting that you'll never notice.
It's the brake pads that make the difference, not the amount of holes and cuts in it!

you probably noticed less brake fade and glazing, but that is because you replaced worn out rotors with new ones. if you would have replaced them with a stocker and upgraded pads you would have known a much larger difference. i'm not ragging on crossdrilled or slotted rotors.....for their looks. i believe they do look agressive, but for performace they are crap. they don't offer any performance gains and yeild higher brake temperatures. ask jays83gsl or any one who ACTUALLY road races their car if you don't believe me. i have been in an s4 on track with drilled rotors and was less than impressed compared to a stock e46 m3. hell i was unimpressed compared to my piece. later on in the weekend the owner of the s4 broke one of the relatively new rotors into two pieces. Forcefed is a good example of a seasoned road racer. ask him what his opinion of them are.
