Brake rotor swap

Can you swap rotors from a FC to a FB? Front and rear?

Rotor swap

I was wondering if i could just replace the rotors not anything else?

Nope, and why, it won't improve braking without upgrading calipers. Besides, to trurely upgrade overall braking performance, the tires/wheels need to be done as well. A good set of pads on the stock systems is sufficient, unless you are tracking the car.

I want a bolt pattern that i can stick some rims on the stock pattern sucks.

Upgrade it to a Se suspension. There are also wheel adapters that are made to change bolt patterns. I believe they range from $200 on up for a set of CNC machined adapters.
