first bleed them and report back if that helped...
start with right rear, left rear, right front, left front.

Once the pedal is pushed down, does it stay hard, or slowly fade and travel farther?

If it stays hard, check the vacuum lines to the brake booster, if no leaks are found and replacing the soft hoses makes no changes, replace the booster.

If it fades and there are no external leaks, replace the master cylinder.

now what?

replaced master cylinder tried to bleed will not push any fluid, also car starts to stall when I push on the brakes and runs ruff. pedal feels like a normal, it stats to build up pressure then you feel a little hitch and it goes to the floor. any body know where I can get a booster for an 83 rear drum brakes? any advice is greatly apperciated
