Brake hardline diameter, and flare type ????

Ok, so Im workin on a Ford 8.8 rear end project for a customer...

Im to the point now where all that is left is bending up some custom hardlines for the diff.

This will be my first time doing hardlines on a mazda, so my questions are:

#1- What diameter brake line tubing will I need?

#2- What style flaring tool will I need????
(I know there is single flare, double flare, bubble flare, etc.)

Thanks!

Assuming you need the same size and type as the stock FB lines its a double flare and 3/16" line will work fine, just re-use the metric flare nuts and your good to go. Don't worry making brake lines is pretty straightforward, just get a scrap piece to practice on a few times till you get the hang of it. Good luck!
