Boost prepped Nikki updates
It's been a while and I've gotten some questions about some aspects of what to do and why, so here is a closeup of the business end of a boost prepped Nikki.
Sorry about the size/width. The forum has changed so much lately.
Specs are 24.7mm and 30.0mm
120 (Mikuni) idle air bleeds
46 stock long slow transition bleeds
70 stock primary main air bleeds
80 modded secondary main air bleeds
solder filled (upper cavity only) secondary long slow bleeds
37 solder filled and drilled old primary idle bleeds
118 drilled accel pump nozzle
boosters aerofoil shaped and expanded + blue loctited in place, and centered accurately
baseplate hogged/funneled to create an anti-reversion lip
124 primary jets
150 secondary jets
about 12 to 12.5 AFR at part throttle cruise
11.0 to 11.5 AFR at full throttle in boost (safe tune for boost and cooler temps)
