Boost Gauge Plumbing
I want to put a boost gauge on my blown 13B. The sending unit that came with the gauge I bought looks just like the oil pressure sending unit, and is too big to use in the port that Camden said to use for this purpose (see attached picture). Can I mount the sending unit in a different location and run tubing or hose to it?
Thanks,
Rich

You may be able to get an adapter, or something to turn it at 45* or 90*, whichever is easier to get to.
But yea, you can put it practically anywhere where you're going to get a boost signal.

Electronic. I just need to know if I can mount the sending unit somewhere else in the engine compartment, and run hose or tubing to it from the blower manifold.
Thanks,

I have my sending unit on the firewall, with a hose going to the intake.
