Best Suspension Products?

I am looking into doing some suspension work to my car very the best handling possibly at a reasonable price. I checked out ebay and found some "good" deals. Are tokico blues ( shocks and struts) good for the price of 200 dollars? Also are KYB shocks and struts good?

What are some good shock brands for our cars? What are some brands to avoid? thanks in advance!

I would recomend "The Mazda RX-7 Performance Handbook" available at www.RacingBeat.com for $17.95.
