BBS vert wheels on 1st gen with big brake kit

Does anyone know if vert BBS wheels will fit a first gen with an Re-Speed big brake fit 5 lug conversion? I was hoping they wouldn't rub. I found a good price on a set of BBS vert wheels and would like to get them. I already have the big brale kit but have not installed it yet and need to order the MOSER 5 lug axels from Re-Speed.

You will need a spacer, but yes they fit very well. You'll need a 25mm spacer for the fronts to not rub (FC wheels are a 40mm offset, FB's are ~15mm...). The rear will not rub without a spacer but will look "sunken" compared to the front, so I run a 20mm spacer in the back. A very slight fender roll and no rubbing issues at all.

Thanks 82transam. I like the look. I can pick the wheels up for $100 without centers.

That's a good price, mine were $200 with the center caps and cap removal tool. They go very nicely on a FB I think.
