bang for your buck setup?

I'm in the market for the best "bang for your buck" comprehensive suspension and brake setup? Anyone with some suggestions?

Racing beat suspension package (springs & sway bars)
-about $450

Tokiko HP shocks (non adjustable)
-about $200

Get your rotors turned & some nice pads and shoes

Yea, thats what I was looking at. Seems like a good buy. I was hoping to buy used but no one seems to have some racing beat pieces. I already have the tokico blues. What do you think is reasonable for the rotors to be turned?
