Question bad gasoline..

for the few that dont drive our 7's every day, would anyone know just how long it takes gas to go bad in the tank,,,i have put some stabil in the gas, and crank her every few days but having 3/4 tank it will last a long time w/o driving,,,,thanks,,,,,,

I have had a carb in lawnmower gumm up in as little as 6 months (without sta-bil). Sta-bil claims to be good for a year.

been thru the rusted tank thing
To prevent rust, it's a good idea to to keep the tank full.
That way, there is less air and less chance of moisture in the air to condense on the inside metal surfaces of the tank. The downside is that by keeping the tank full, it's harder to rotate fresh gas through. It's up to you.
On a car I dont drive, I keep it full with sta-bil and use the electric fuel pump the change the gas about every 18 months.
