Were they used long? I wonder about the apex seals- with seals that wide it seems the apex resonating problem on early rotaries would be an even greater issue.

www.turborx7.com had a Rotary History section before the site mysteriously went under. It had pictures of pretty much every rotary production and prototype motor. Including the Mercedes? 6 rotor.
